A bit simple but a few helpful suggestions

Unlock Your Cage is a self help book written in the form of an allegory. We follow Gretchen and Hans as they have conversations with the Great Wizard. He gives them guidance and advice on some of their problems. Exercises and an overview of what we've learned follow each encounter. CAGE stands for Commitment, Awareness, Goals and Exercise.
I think it is a little simple for most adults. That being said, I think there is a place for it. Anyone new to the self-help genre looking for an introductory tome or a receptive teenager may find it engaging and helpful.

An interesting read, plenty to think about.

It's a quick read, and definitely a cute story.
The allegory is an interesting idea, but what's better are the ideas presented. The ideas are simple enough to grasp, and seem like a realistic way to make important changes in your life - nothing crazy.
Maybe it's just me, but I kept picturing the inhabitants of Water World as sentient frogs.
